MA Communications:
Wrote Master’s thesis,

history research with primary sources, attended writing and poetry workshops
and graduated in
two years with a 3.4 GPA while working to defray cost of education.
MA candidate English:
Focused on Medieval
literature but also did coursework in writing center administration, creative
writing, technical writing and research methods. Designed writing center
journal and handbook
and tutored basic English in the writing center.
Chaired the Old and Middle English session of the
Fifth Annual TAMU/LSU Conference on Language and Literature and the “Chivalric
